About Us
Susan King Susan King's background and experience enable her to provide a professional personnel service to meet the requirements of schools in the UK and overseas. Prior to becoming an independent consultant specialising in the recruitment of teachers and education management to work in British-style schools overseas she established her career as a personnel manager with multi-national companies in the UK. Susan manages the recruitment and selection service so that clients have personal and total attention. As a result she has an established and professional reputation in the particular area of recruitment activity. Susan has a detailed knowledge of market conditions in the UK and overseas and is frequently involved in providing advice to clients on remuneration issues. She is currently recruitment advisor to a number of major overseas international schools. Susan has an Honours degree in Geography and she is a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development and a member of the Institute of Directors. Alex King Alex King concentrates on the provision of advice and assistance to top management in the human resource field. Before establishing the King Partnership in 1987 he held a series of senior management and board posts in the fields of personnel, administration and general management. As a consultant he specialises in organisation development, performance improvement and the development of rewards structures and he writes and lectures in the UK on these subjects. Alex maintains a close awareness of education policy in the UK. He sits on the Board of a Grant Maintained Comprehensive Scholl and until recently was a Governor of a Further Education College. In this context he is also a non-executive director of the Kent Training and Enterprise Council. His academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Studies and his professional qualifications include Fellowship of the Institute of Directors, Institute of Personnel and Development and the Institute of Management. Alex is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a member of the institute of Management consultants and a Member of the prestigious Richmond Group of professional management consultants. |
