Our Approach is to discuss the key issues with governors and then propose a program which meets the immediate requirements. We will organise and facilitate the meeting, provide external speakers and assist in the preparation of internal preparations and use plenary and syndicate sessions to put the message across. Individual exercises are the subject of a separate project fee. UK REPRESENTATION - THE UK BASE FOR OVERSEAS SCHOOLS We can also provide the following support services for overseas clients by virtue of our UK base: An office base in the UK accessible by both fax and telephone which can be used as a contact point for UK suppliers etc... This office base can act as a 'post box' and contact point for material and resources being sent out to the school. The time difference can make it difficult for the school to have easy access to UK companies and organisations during normal working hours - we can make these contacts on the schools behalf. If we hold an appropriate float purchases can easily be made on behalf of the school. If this additional support service is used then an annual retainer is charged. The diverse nature of this aspect of our work make it inappropriate to charge fees for the service. Our usual practice is to charge an annual retainer, plus expenses, agreed by negation with the client.
