TKP is registered in England and operates from its registered office at Imber Court, High Street, Cranbrook, Kent, TN17 3DF, UK. A significant proportion of TKP's work is the provision of services to educational establishments in the UK and overseas. The services can be catagorised as: Recruitment and selection services; Management consultancy services (including organisation development, business planning and performance management); Human resource consultancy services primarily in the field of pay and benefits, performance development and personnel policy; Additional support includes Governor's Conferences, UK representation and free advice on personal financial planning (provided without obligation). Clients include Grant Maintained and Independent schools in the UK (TKP is a registered Grant Maintained Schools Consultant) and British-style International schools overseas. Recruitment and selection services and other relevant support has been provided to British International schools in South East Asia as well as schools in the UK, Europe and Middle East. Other human resource consultancy work during the last three years for clients in education includes: Preparation and up-dating of policy manuals; Development of new and innovative pay structures; Assessment of the market position for schools seeking to maintain their competitive position; The development of new organisation structures to suit changing environments and circumstances; Organisation and running of governors' conferences. Other UK assignments have dealt with organisational development issues, management structures and systems. Clients are assured of confidentiality and no information gained during a project is disclosed without permission. TKP is a small niche consultancy which continues to develop its business based on recommendations from clients based on the quality of its work and there are therefore no formal company brochures. Presentations and proposals are prepared individually to reflect the needs of the prospective client. References from existing clients can be provided if required.
